Creating a unique, one of a kind custom jewelry item in a specialty at Troy Vinson Jewelers.

Here is the typical process...

 

The first step is to discuss the idea with one of Troy Vinson expert sales associates. Providing sketches, images from magazines or the internet will help to convey the ideas you have.

We are glad to work with your gemstones or ours.

 

After the initial design discussion, we analyze the project to ascertian the best and most cost effective to acchieve the final result.

This may be a project that we can order componets to assemble, it may require hand carving a wax, possibly using CAD to design the model and CAM to produce the wax or using our Pan-O-Graph machine to enigeer the model.

 

If the project is a canidate fo rthe CAD design process, one of our expert CAD designers will create the virtual model.

You will then be able to see what the completed item will look like in photorealstic renders.

 

 

Once the project is approved, one of the expert jewelry technicians begins the process of creating your perfect jewelry treasure.
